example being, on the last boss for myself, I was easily able to just loop one of my spells over and over and not really take any damage. The bosses and overall enemy types are all visually great, and have good fights if you aren't feeling over the top powerful. The special part to me were the visuals, they are quite great especially if you like the weeb/anime aesthetic. Story is interesting, and you get small clues to stuff, but I wouldn't call it anything over the top special. Once you get used to the combat it feels very satisfying, especially given the different weapon types you can use. Don't come into the game expecting to dark souls roll into every attack to dodge it. This is not a game where you're going to dodge everything with i-frames, but rather play around attacks and when you can. The game at first is important on really managing your items, and the damage you take, while learning about properly timing attacks and patterns.
